We produce monofilaments for use in zippers that possess a number of different physical properties to work with different coiling/weaving systems. The monofilament is able to maintain structural integrity, with little shrinkage or size variation under adverse conditions. Our general product using virgin raw materials, which in turn enhance the quality of the zippers produced, and allow for greater overall dyeing flexibility.

Monofilament specifications are complete to meet the needs of different size zippers, and there are transparent (natural color), white (semi-bright ) and black, and also prepared material without fluorescent for your needs.

There are products of net weight 68 KGs in single reel, reduce spool changing times and saving manpower!

For corporate responsibility and environmental protection, we invest in research and development of environmentally friendly zipper monofilament, the product contains 93% GRS certified recycled polyester, certified by CU Cert 1001418.

Tolilon® flat wire and round wire are the alternatives to metal top stop and bottom stop, environment and safety friendly.

Specifications :

Flat wire: 7.60 x 0.60 (mm) for top and bottom stop, in transparent and black color.

Flat wire: 2.40 x 0.95 (mm) & 1.90 x 0.75 (mm) for U-shape top stop, in transparent.

Round wire: Dia. 0.80mm, 0.90mm, 1.00mm, 1.10mm, 1.20mm for top stop, in transparent.
